Speaker Management & Show Calling

From speaker coordination to crafting minute-by-minute showflows, I ensure seamless mainstage execution that leaves a lasting impact. My background in theatre directing allows me to treat events like perfectly choreographed shows, rehearsing and preparing seasoned speakers as well as supporting first-time presenters, ensuring they deliver compelling presentations with confidence and authenticity, while providing a seamless VIP experience for all speakers in the event lead up and onsite.

Month of / Day of Coordination

The single most important thing you can do to ensure a successful event (and a good time for the host(s)) is to work with a trusted Day Of Coordinator. My day-of services really start a month out from your event, to review all documents and provide constructive solutions for any remaining pain points, gaps, or risk management. I run the show the day of the event, from set up to breakdown, on a meticulous minute-by-minute schedule and oversee all staff and vendors, ensuring my clients can actually sit back and enjoy their events.
