The Process

Introduction
Contact me and let me know what type of event you're having (wedding, bar/bat mitzvah, corporate gala, etc.) and your event date. We will connect and talk about your vision, vendors, and event timeline needs. I am always happy to recommend vendors or brainstorm and help out with money-saving DIYs!

The Middle (Wo)Man
I'll check in with you throughout your planning process and put together personalized timelines and checklists for the day of your event, for your approval. We'll do a walk through the venue together and I will be in touch with your vendors as their day-of point person and to share the timeline and relevant details with them, making sure nothing falls through the cracks!
I can be onsite for either the day or evening prior to the event to oversee any set up or vendor needs, finalize details with you, and be an extra set of hands for whatever you may need. For weddings, this can include running the rehearsal.

The Main Event
I am onsite ALL DAY for the day of the event to manage everything from vendor arrival and set-up to end of the night break-down, and keep everything running smoothly in between. You'll never have to worry about staying on schedule or handling any of those mini-crises that inevitably arise at every event, I have you covered. Have a drink, hug a friend, and enjoy your well-deserved party.
